Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and help make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care, beauty, wellness, or massage products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, or removed from protective packaging.
Gift cards, final sale items, and items marked as non-returnable are also not eligible for refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the product you have and place a new order once your return is approved.
